Be Laser Focused on What You Are Building for God and Your Family!

Be laser focused on the things you are building. At the end of the day, every leader is building their own organization. The question is, are you building someone else’s dream at the expense of your own? Are you building upon someone else’s foundation and infrastructure when you should be laying a foundation for your future generations? Collaborating with other leaders and organizations is great, working for others may be a benefit to every leader, but don’t forget that you are responsible to build something that belongs to you and your family. If you are not building something that belongs to God and belongs to you, you are building someone else’s dream.  You can always go to a conference, you can always attend a conglomeration of organizations, but at the end of the day, you must build something that belongs to God, belongs to you, and belongs to your family!  You should build something that you lead—A prayer group, a Bible Study, a Business, a Church. Make friends, connect with many communities, learn from others and share what you know, but at the end of the day, build your organization for Jesus Christ!  Partner with God and the glory of God will envelope your team and your organization.  Empower every leader that is with you and you will outgrow every limitation that’s been set against you!
