Now on to the message for today!

You are chosen, appointed, and anointed to bear fruit that remains. The evidence that Christ is in your life is the abundance of fruit that grows from your spiritual tree. Stay connected to the Vine who is Jesus Christ, embrace the pruning, walk in obedience, endure rejection, and let love define your leadership. For in abiding, you will find not just success, but eternal significance.

The Lord is calling you into a deeper place of abiding. He is showing you that the secret to lasting fruit, breakthrough, and Kingdom authority is not found in striving, but in remaining connected to the Lord Jesus Christ. He said “Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me” (John 15:4). God wants you to know that your leadership, your calling, and your impact will not wither when you abide in Him, for His life and power will continually flow through you.

There will be seasons that the Lord will prune you and clean you, but do not despise them. “Every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit” (John 15:2).

The Lord is shaping you, cutting away what hinders your destiny, and preparing you for greater effectiveness. What feels like loss is actually multiplication in disguise. Your pruning is proof that you are fruitful, and it is God’s process to bring you into greater abundance.

As you grow, the Lord is drawing you closer, not only as His servant but as His friend. “Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you” (John 15:14). Friendship with Christ is birthed in obedience. When you walk in His Word, you move from simply working for Him to walking with Him. This is where leadership shifts into intimacy, and intimacy into authority. From that place, He sends you forth with a mandate: “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain” (John 15:16).

But understand this, when you reflect His likeness, the world will not be happy. The Lord says, “If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you” (John 15:18). Do not let rejection shake your assignment; it only confirms that you look like your Master. The Holy Spirit will sustain you, testify of Christ through you, and empower you to lead with Kingdom authority. Above all, let love guide everything you do. “This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you” (John 15:12). Love is not an option; it is the very foundation of true Kingdom leadership.
